Human components in an audiovisual production
- Screenwriter: They are responsible for creating the idea of the audiovisual product.
- Director: They are the last responsible in the audiovisual production and the persons in charge of making the important decisions of final focus.
- Assistant director: He is the person closest to the director and works with him throughout preproduction, so he knows exactly what the project he wants to do is.
- Second assistant director: It is assigned by the director and is responsible for issues related to the set and locations. Prepare the production report, distribute scripts and script changes to the team. Help in finding locations and transporting those who need it.
- Documentalist: These are the people who are in charge of locating the material that is needed for the production of the piece.
- Director of photography: Is the person in charge of controlling that the piece that is being recorded has the sufficient quality, both stylistically and technically. He is the person who directs the camera team.
- Operators of Camera: Following the orders of the director of photography, they are in charge of recording the sequences performing the required movements.
- Light and sound technicians: They ensure that both light and sound fit properly and are perfect in the piece.
- Monitors: They are the people who are in charge of converting the raw recordings in the sequences indicated in the script.
- Art: It is the person in charge of the sets, the setting of the audiovisual piece, the makeup or the hairdressing salon.
- Field producer: Recognizes the locations to anticipate the needs and is responsible for preparing the itinerary and travel.
- General Producer: Is the person in charge and responsible for the entire team that makes it up.
- Executive Producer: Is who contributes or gets the capital, organizes and controls the project. It can be both a company and a person.
